Training will be conducted at our headquarters in Atlanta by the Atlanta staff.  Franchisees benefit from a complete training program which focuses on the Presentation of the Service and the Presentation of the Product. 

We also offer a systemized business based on 17 years of market experience that helps you launch a profitable and enviable business providing staging and home management services in an exclusive territory.

After initial training at the corporate headquarters, you will receive our exclusive 12 week Steps to Success Training Program with continuous coaching and corporate intercommunication in:

Operations & Accounting:

All franchisees are trained in handling and collecting fees, deposits, dues, etc. A complete chart of accounts is provided with training in how to keep the appropriate records for your office.  In addition to learning everything essential in operating this business, you will receive all forms, contracts, documents essential to immediately starting and running your business. 

Marketing & Web Training:

You will be included in our website, and will be trained to conduct aggressive campaigns to build your business within your real estate community. You will receive all necessary marketing materials to launch and promote your business.
